Nov 4 - 10
Welcome to Week 2!
As of this writing, at least 75 participants have signed on to this journey with you!
This week we continue in Genesis and find ourselves knee-deep in the scheming and conniving of Jacob. We meet some of the important women of Genisis, and we see God work through the rather brat-ish and spoiled Jacob to do what God does best -- make good things happen out of struggles and disappointments.
Blessings this week on your journey!

Week 1
Oct 28 - Nov 3
And so we begin
We begin our journey at the beginning of God's story. This week, we discover our creator hard at work, creating all we know and see, and it was "good." But quickly, we find the entrance of sin and dysfunction. Our humanity is now connected to the response of our God, working through his creation in an ever-active presence, to bring about his plan of salvation and new creation. This week we learn the stories our ancestors - Adam and Eve, Cain and Able, Noah and his family, Abraham and Sarah, Ishmael and Issac, Issac and Rebekah, Jacob and Esau. A cast of characters, plots, and drama that rival the very best "soap operas." And God's story becomes our story.
